Candy Gift Bag and Summer Holidays

Good morning everyone. Hope you are all well. Today, I have a gift bag I made for Jacks teacher as today is end of term and he is getting a new teacher next term.

Now, in answer to your question, Linds - we are so lucky here in Edinburgh with the fact that our children get 7 wonderful weeks of summer holidays, lol. They finish up today and go back...wait for it...on the 19th August!!! I think I can safely say that unless I pack them all off to summer school then I will be ripping my hair out by the end of this weekend never mind the end of the holidays, lol.

Anyway, I followed Bevs tutorial over on Whiff of Joy Inspirations Blog to make the bag and I have filled it with Galaxy Counters. This made for a really quick and economical gift.

  4. It's beautiful! Well done for getting it done in time! I guess i shouldn't feel too smug that my kids haven't broken up yet, they don't return until September. Arrrggghhh!

  5. This is just gorgeous Suzanne. Anyone would be absolutely delighted to receive this gift.
My son has another 2 weeks left in school but doesn't go back until September. At least being a teenager means I don't hear a peep out of him until lunchtime!
