And, since we had a bit of a mix up with our sponsors this week...Lindsey has very kindly stepped n and is offering a fab stamp set to one lucky winner. Pop over to the challenge blog to take a peek and get busy crafting. Looking forward to seeing your creations again this week.

Fab n Funky DT - 1st Card

Good morning everyone. I hope you are all having a better one than I am. I moved house on Wednesday and was informed yesterday that I will have no internet for at least 10 days and even then, it could take another 2 weeks to be put on - I am not happy!!! Why are these things never simple - are they sent to test us?

Anyway, I am visiting my mum and using her pc just now because, this post should have been on 2 days ago! My first DT card and already I am running late - sorry girls. However, better late than never!
This week, the theme over on the Fab n Funky Challenge Blog is:

'Quote me happy'

That's right, use a quote on your cards, either as the main focal point or along side an image. I did start off with it as the main point but didn't like the card so...changed it around and added an image.

Ingredients:
Image: Stamposaurus;
Medium: Watercolour Pencils;
Papers: K&Co;
Flowers: Wild Orchid Crafts;
Quote: PC generated;
Other: Ribbon from stash and glamour dust on wings.

Challenges:
A Spoonful of Sugar: Anything Goes;
Charisma Cardz: Anything Goes;
Secret Crafter: Anything Goes;

That's it for today. I am off to see about mobile broadband now. Be back tomorrow with my Crafty Catz DT card

Chocolate fudge and malteser cupcakes

Hi everyone. Thought I would show you the wee cupcakes that Steven and I made yesterday. Think they were meant to have wee mini eggs on for easter but we thought we'd use maltesers instead. These were a huge success with everyone. Unfortunately I have just packed up my cake stand so they had to be photographed on top of the tin lid, lol.

Thanks for stopping by

Mums Birthday Cake

This is the cake I made for Mums birthday. Not the first time I've made a cake but the first time I have used ready to roll icing! Not my favourite type of icing. I think the problem here was to much icing sugar when rolling - never mind, practise makes perfect - at least I hope it will, lol.
I cut the flowers out with my new blossom cutters and the piping round the bottom is a piping tube from Morrisons. The bit lace was from my cardmaking stash.

Well, that;s it. The cake was lovely even=if a bit lopsided, lol. Thanks for stopping by

WOYWW

I thought I would join in with WOYWW today as I have 5 minutes spare to do a quick post. I might even have a chance to be nosy too, lol.

So, what's on my desk? Well, today I have last weeks DT card, one for next weeks 3D challenge, Jack's front cover for his school project and also, I am hiding what is this weeks Crafty Catz DT card under those gorgeous BG Rub-ons (Got these for £1 at Stampaholics the other week). Can't show that till Friday - especially since it's Mum's birthday Card too, lol. Off to give Steven some lunch before his swimming lesson - apparently he has slept all morning at nursery so I think he might be coming down with something (again), then a quick nosy round some crafty spaces.
